You may be entitled to file a Motion to Reopen in your Immigration case, and your denial letter will alert you of your right to this legal action.  As soon as you get this letter, call Gregory P. Sheehan since your right to Re-open is subject to a strict time window.

This Motion is appropriate if there is new evidence which wasn’t provided or wasn’t available when the original petition or application was filed.  If this new evidence could lead to an approval of your petition or application, you can provide it to the Department of Justice and ask them to review your case again with the new evidence.

You should be sure to submit a thorough and complete packet with your Motion to Reopen and if you are coming close to your timing deadline, ask the Law Office of Gregory P. Sheehan about expedited Motion filing.
