There are THREE steps for you to consider.  The first is whether or not to apply at all.   There is no US filing fee, but our legal fee for this step is $195.00.  This fee is not refundable if you are not selected.  If you are selected, consider step two.

The US filing fee to apply for the actual visa is $440.00.  At this time our legal fee is an additional $395.00, and you only have to pay the fee after you are selected.

Finally, after you successfully acquire your visa, you will consider filing an application for a green card, which has a US filing fee of $1,010.00.  Our legal fee here is $495.00.
